Words From The Holy Spirit, March 20, 2004

[We had a very unusual time at the Saturday morning breakfast on March 20th. Usually five or six men gather and join Brother Freedom for breakfast. And the men gathered. But the Holy Spirit came down in a magnitude never seen before at the restaurant. We have been meeting for almost ten years at this restaurant. From time to time we might have a supernatural move for a few moments. But this went on for over 20 minutes!! The Holy Spirit poured teachings, prophecy and exhortation through Brother Freedom like a flash flood. Fortunately I had a small recorder in hand to get these wonderful revelations. — clint]

I had a terrible dream. It was lies, all lies! And the Lord spoke to my heart and says, “You know what? The biggest lie that there is, is to MY people. And MY people…he [the evil one] has sold MY people out by his deceitfulness, because where they stand against the power of the Holy Spirit!
He has told them that they do not need the Holy Ghost. Through that they have believed a lie! And that lie is bringing them down to: there is *NO* power!”
HE [Jesus] is that ONE that God showed me *CAME!* Jesus said, “It is needful that I go away.”
It is hard for me to speak this morning.
HE says, “If I go away I will send the Comforter.”
And we need to really receive that. HE [the Comforter] is the power right here! Jesus says, “I have ascended to the right hand of the Father, that I will make intercession for you.”
That we might have our sins [forgiven]. Jesus made this all *POSSIBLE*. *BUT* when HE left HE says, “It is *NEEDFUL* that I go away, because if I go not away the Comforter will not come. But if I go away HE will come.”
HE makes that *VERY* specific! This is what is going to take place.
Well, people have got the deception, “We don’t need the Holy Spirit…it is ‘just the holy spirit,’ you know.”
[Brother Freedom immitated how these gain sayers say it with smallness and disrespect. That is why I have not typed any capitals in the name, Holy Spirit, above. It is to indicate the plainness and emptiness the gain sayers try to attach to the matchless Holy Ghost.]
NO! HE IS ***IT***!!!! HE is the ONE that we can grieve! The Bible says, “…despise not prophesyings.” [1st Thessalonians 5:20] I didn’t feel this way! God spoke to me. HE said, “There is Pentecostals that despise prophecy, DESPISE PROPHECY! They despise anyone that gives it. They despise all parts of it, *BECAUSE IT IS NOT FROM THEM!*
You read that: IT is *NOT* from them!
A lot of good people, now days, they are the ones that is doing the prophesying! They are the ones that is doing it, because they have read the Bible. They study the Bible. But it is *NOT* by the Spirit! It is by man’s endeavor!
I’ll tell you when I learned *THAT*, something happened to me. Praise God it was *REAL*!
God has been showing me. I have never seen God move like HE has here lately. My wife was too warm. And the cooler is all covered up. We got this little small portable cooler, that you move around, put water in it. I plugged it in the other morning. That thing was tearing itself apart! And I says, “Well, I guess [it’s gone.]” I says, “Can you make it today?” And she says, “Well, I’ll try.”
And that was after that dream [that lying dream from the enemy]. The Lord spoke to my heart and says, “Just take authority!” I just come back and says, “God really spoke to me to pray for this.” And she says, “Well, he did me too!” I says, “It is already healed! All we need to do is plug it in! There’s nothing wrong with it!”
Years ago, back when God was really dealing with me, when pastors couldn’t stand me. They didn’t want any part of me. I would get these words, “Pray for someone.” And God would give me the name, back East, or wherever it was. HE would give me the address and everything else. And I would pray. And the Lord assured me that *THAT* was all that needed to be done. It was taken care of!
But God is assuring me now that I don’t have to make *LONG* supplications! I believe that when any one of us seated here, when you utter that Name of JESUS, by the *POWER*, by the *AUTHORITY* of God, that God is not wanting us to play around, no longer! **IT IS AS BEEN DONE!!**
Because nothing is going to come your way that is not supposed to take place. You may not see the evidence right then, but *IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF!*
And don’t keep going over it and say, “Lord did you…???” ***NO!*** ***HE HEARD US!!***
Oh Glory!! That is from HEAVEN!
We are to take **GREAT** faith in the Lord, JESUS CHRIST! GREAT FAITH!

We are made of two compartments, basically. It is not complicated. It is just real simple! There is the man, which is the natural and we feed it by reading the Bible, and doing the things that we know to do right, and all this. We are to control it. [Brother Freedom pointed to the left side of his chest as an illustration.]
But when we come through the Spirit, we *DON’T KNOW IT!!* *WE LOSE IT!”* [Freedom now points to his right chest] God controls it, in here, for us! HE keeps it there, and it is like a reserve from Heaven. Any time HE can let that come out, and HE will also put more with it! HE will multiply that [which is of the Spirit], because it is HIS!
This over here [and Freedom points to the left side of his chest again] is ours. It is *SINGULAR*. It is sort of singular. HE anoints it, but it is *SINGULAR*!
But this over here [now he points to the right chest again]: HE can give you a lot in the Spirit. And you don’t know anything about it!
And that is why people don’t want to yield to the Spirit. Because they have to always *KNOW*! Well, you don’t *KNOW* when you are in the Spirit [Freedom does NOT mean that you aren’t aware when you are in the Spirit. He means you can’t fathom the things of the Spirit. You can’t trap it. You can’t understand it. You can’t even recall all that transpired, later.]
You don’t know! Isn’t that right Brother L______??? Brother L____ agrees. You forget it! You don’t know it! You can’t tell. I don’t know!
In the flesh I *KNOW*! But it is a lot better in the Spirit, when I don’t know!
Pride is what pulls us all down! So we want to know! Adam and Eve wanted to know, didn’t they? That took Adam out of the Garden! Same thing will keep us out of God’s Garden! We have to *KNOW*! That is what has happened to the church. Our church has to *KNOW*!
God says, “Hey! Don’t take of that tree of knowledge! That is the same today. Don’t take of the World! Take of ME! Don’t know nothing! You don’t have to know anything! Aye [yes], if you know nothing I will totally *USE* you!”
That is why people can’t walk in the Spirit! Because they got to *KNOW*! You got to be able to just trust the Lord and say, “Whatever happens, Lord,…” like a drunk person! He [the drunk] doesn’t know!

This has been a very special time. Brother N_____ remembers when, in 1977. And we went to a class together, Seven Steps to Victory. And it is from glory to glory. Do you remember that? [Brother N____ remembers.] And that was really the starting. I had walked with the Lord all my life, and prayed for nine years straight, because I wasn’t satisfied with what I had.
I want to tell you today, I’m satisfied! I’m justified! I’m glorified by the King of Kings! You know I don’t have to speak. People don’t like me to speak because I have been put down every place I go. I could bless them if I wanted to, but God says, “Just leave it like it is.”
But God *WANTS* to use our bodies! HE just gave us this in return that we can give it back to HIM.
And that is where the hang-up is! All of us want! But we are just a bunch of takers! We don’t want to give. But God wants a bunch of givers, that HE can *BLESS* you.
Until we can come to that place of giving HIM our all, the Bible says, Jesus says, “You can’t even be a follower of ME.”
You know, our denominations have made it very easy for people to get saved. They have made it very easy to stay saved, when they were not even walking by anything *CLOSE* to God!
And through this it has gotten a real delusion of what the church stands for, because of what has been taught. And God is really ashamed of it, because it is *NOT* of HIM! It is HIS Name. But it is *NOT* programmed by what HE programs. It is through *DEAD* works! It is through the *FLESH*! It is through, really, the part of darkness! And this is an atrocity that has come against what God had to offer us, because HE wants to *BLESS* you. HE wants to *FILL* you. HE wants to *EXCITE* you. HE wants, when you speak it out, it comes as *HIS*, because you are to take on HIS nature!
But also HE wants you living. Before this can take place you have to prove to HIM that you will walk above reproach. And many people don’t want to do that. They just want to be loud mouths. We want to speak. But I have learned that it takes being quiet. When you are quiet you can hear from God!
Many people *NEVER* hear from God because they are going “wide open” all the time! You have got to be on the opposite side and say, “Lord, here am I. Speak my Lord. I want to decline, and YOU increase!”
And God wants to do that to HIS church. And I am sad to say, but there is very few of God’s people, that if HE would come this day, that would be ready. **VERY FEW** would be ready!
There is something else that has them connected, there TV set!! That is just one thing. But there is a whole bunch of things!! It is whatever!
Seek ye first HIS kingdom. Jesus said that! The apostle Paul didn’t say it! John didn’t say it! Seek ye first HIS kingdom! Then *ALL* of these things shall be added unto you. [See Matthew 6:33]
How “…shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.” [Psalm 119:9] “If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.” [John 15:7] “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” [Jeremiah 33:3] “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” [Proverbs 14:12]

“Blessed is the man that walketh **NOT** in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD;…” [Psalms 1:1-2a] “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” [2nd Timothy 2:15]
We are to study HIS Word. We are to *KNOW* his Word. But we are to *ABIDE* in HIS Word. “If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.” [John 15:7]
We need to separate ourselves from the cares and the tasks of this World, if we want to please God. “That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:” [Colossians 1:10-14]
The Devil is trying to stop me this morning! But HE is a liar!
This bridge…I can’t talk very well. [Brother Freedom’s dental bridge had shattered that week and he was struggling with it.] It just fell out of my mouth a couple of days ago. But God is *REAL*!
The Devil gave me a dream a few nights ago. And it was terrible. I woke up and I was just shaking! And all of a sudden, in myself, the Spirit told me, HE says, “IT IS A LIE, EVERYTHING HE TOLD YOU! IT IS A LIE! EVERYTHING THAT WAS IN THAT DREAM WAS A LIE!” And the Lord says, “You know what? He has come to MY church. He is lying to them tonight! He is lying to them every day. And they are accepting it! They are believing it! DON’T BELIEVE! REJECT THAT OLD BOOGER when he comes your way! You have that authority by the Spirit of God!”
And we need to **DISCERN** whether it is from God, or NOT from God! And that is NOT from God and we rebuke it in the Name of JESUS. Cast it out of you! Perfect love casts out fear! [See 1st John 4:18] “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” [2nd Timothy 1:7]
I can’t hardly speak very well! But God is ***REAL***! HE is *WONDERFUL**! HE is *GLORIOUS*! “…Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him…” [1 Corinthians 2:9] “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. ” [Matthew 11:28-29] “Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” [1 Peter 5:7] “And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.” [2 Corinthians 6:16-18] “Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.” [2 Corinthians 7:1]
But do you know what has happened to the Church of God? There is envy that has come against God’s people! When God’s people start talking like that, *ENVY* crops up. “Why am **I** not….?????” And it moves against the power of God! It won’t let God move! We have that old spirit of wickedness! And God spoke to me. There is two twins in the Bible! And they are *WRONG*! They are evil twins, “ENVY” and “JEALOUSY.”
That is what is killing the church today! When God’s men get up the whole church envies at them. “Ah, we don’t want that! We don’t want that in our church!”
But they don’t know who they are coming against! They are coming against GOD!!! And this is what the tragedy is! We need to have revelation knowledge. We need to have discernment! We need to have God’s chorus of HIS mighty gifts in authority, working through the church!
I am not a prophet! I am not nothing. But God told me the other day. HE said, “You can tell people you are a man of God!” So, I am a man of God! Thus saith God! It is so, Brother Clint. It is so! It is going to happen!
And when I pray, it is going to happen! Just like that cooler, the other day, [the wife] says, “I think we should pray!” And on the way home God said, “Pray for it!” I said, “We don’t have to pray! God has already done it!” Plug it in and it worked perfect! And it wouldn’t even work before.
My sewer, a couple of weeks ago, I came home so tired. It was pouring down rain. And that sewer was plugged up to the top with water! Water was pouring out. It was plugged.
I said, “Oh, Lord, it is raining too.” And I was almost crying. [Brother Freedom has fought with his sewer off and on for years. There is a large tree that keeps attacking the sewer pipe.] I was so tired! I’m not young anymore. And I said, “Lord, I just give it to YOU, this old mess! It is going to be so wonderful when it is all over I guess!” I said, “YOU are the only good thing that there is!!! Nothing else is even worth anything! I don’t have any fun in this world! All my fun is in YOU!” I said, “There is no need, really…you know I just might as well go to where YOU are. It is no fun where I am!”
So I go to the grocery store. I go through there and I try to let my light shine. I was in another grocery story a couple of weeks before this and the Lord says, “Tell the lady behind you that she can go ahead of you!” It was a big long line. So I turned around and said, “Would you like my place? Are you in a hurry?” She said, “Oh, no, I’m all right.”
And I no more than said that and God works by HIS anointing. Here comes a clerk, right to me! The clerk says, “Come on! Put you in my line, first place!” Boy, don’t you tell me how God beams glory! HE does glory! HE does things! He healed Brother N____’s right steering clutch on his little D2! That’s the truth! God is in the rehabilitation business!
I got back home. It was still pouring down rain. And I said, “Lord, I know YOU have already touched it!” You know there was water standing every where. And I knocked the man hole clear off. The man hole was out! There wasn’t a drop of water down in there! I couldn’t even see any water! It was GONE! It was GONE! There was water every place else. But there was no water there! Like the men of old, God said, “Hey! Put that water on those logs! We will see what is going to take place. Put more water on it!” God just lapped up that water!
You know, God has spoken to me that we must **ACT** as HE would have us act properly. You see, that is what has ruined Pentecostals. They couldn’t control themselves. God wants us to take on self control. [See 2nd Peter 1:5-6 temperance is “self control.”]
We take the lowly way. We don’t go to be seen. We go to make God to be seen.
We don’t go to be seen. *WE GO TO MAKE GOD SEEN!!* There is lots of difference! If God be for us, who can be against us? [See Romans 8:31] “Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors THROUGH HIM THAT LOVED US.” [Romans 8:37] “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” [Philippians 4:13]” “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,” [Ephesians 3:20] “Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy…” [Jude 1:24] “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” [Hebrews 13:8]
HE never fails! HE is glorious!
“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a *LIVING* sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” [Romans 12:1] “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” [Romans 12:2]
Oh, what a blessing!
“For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.” [Titus 2:11-14]
I’m full! I’m full!
You know that is why I used to tip toe out [of services at the end]. You will never see me stay on after a church service! I want to keep that blessing through the night! I want to keep that blessing tomorrow. I want to keep that heavenly blessing!
And they go there [to the church] and lose it, before we ever leave the church yard. **WE** **LEAVE** **THE** **BLESSING** **RIGHT** THERE**!!!!
Someone comes by [with a special blessing], like [what happened to] my Dad. God sent a man. My Dad had an arm and wrist totally out, dis-jointed! This is before he ever knew about Pentecost. And we were at church. God sent a man, bless his heart. A man of God [was sent] by. He says, there is a man here that needs a touch. And God showed him who it was. So on the way out of church he prayed for my Dad. And everything went back to normal! Everything was right!
So here comes the Pastor out, after the man of God left. And the Pastor says, “Well, Frank, how are you doing?”
He says, “A man came by and prayed for my arm! I’m okay!”
But after the Pastor left, my Dad was all back crippled up again!
Hear what I’m saying? You need, when you are touched by God, to take it singular and say, “Lord, I *LOVE* YOU. I don’t want to lose this!”
Most people lose it, before it is even theirs! They are healed before they leave the church! But they don’t *KEEP* it! The old enemy has taken it out from them!
Take that stone, that precious gift that God gives you in those times, in those glorious times, and *HIDE* it in your heart.
“Lord I guard it!! I come unto YOU! I give it to YOU, MY Lord! Oh, I can’t share this Lord. I love YOU. At least let me keep it awhile!”
After you keep it awhile, maybe it can find a place where it can settle down and be in my being for ever!!! But I have to grasp it for awhile.
And what happens we get in the congregation. The congregation of the righteous is *NOT* very righteous! Many of the congregation of people have wrong spirits that come. And pretty soon you lose that blessing! But if you will go and seek God. Say, “Lord, I don’t care what no man says!” Or, *STAY* at that altar.
But we lose it from the time. We need to cherish those things that God gives us. HE gives us *GREAT* blessings. And we throw them away! We lose them! [Note: like the child with a helium balloon, it slips from our finger and the prize is lost!] We lose it, because the enemy comes to kill, destroy and steal! But the Lord says, “I have come to give you life and more abundant life.” [See John 10:10]
HE [God] wants us to be blessed!! The enemy wants us to be killed, destroyed and stolen from. He [the enemy] wants to speak lies in our heart! He wants to destroy you! He wants to ruin your marriages. He wants to ruin your life! He wants to kill you! He wants to destroy you! HE wants to destroy my life.
I’m a hundred present better in my life than I was ten years ago! God has restored! And HE has blessed!! And HE wants to bless you this day! HE wants you to walk by faith. The just must walk by faith!
I’m full!! I feel the presence of God! Glory to God! God is *REAL*!

[A special word now flowed out to one who will receive…]
You are in a very special place! You literally wait upon HIM. But God is going to open up blessings upon blessings! And this is not for just any….God sent you down here, that HE is going to *TOUCH* you, and *BLESS* you, and *USE* you in these last days. That these days shall…, now until the time that HE takes you home, it is going to be greater than any you have ever seen! Can you accept that?
[L_____ said, “Yes!”]
Okay, it is going to take place!
[Then a surge of the Spirit of God came upon Brother Freedom as a confirmation that this prophecy will come to pass.]

[Another word pours out for another person…]
I have called thee with my mighty hand. I have guided thee! I have seen thee in the womb of thy mother. And I have created thee an atmosphere that thou has been blessed. But I say I have blessed thee this far, but you have not seen the *HALF* of what is going to take place. You have not seen *ANY* what is going to be taking place. I will open to thee the windows of Heaven, MY son. And I have NOT forgotten thee. I have included thee. And thou shall go forth being blessed by ME, in a greater and in a more depth way, saith the Spirit of God!
